These starter terms describe the intended platform boundaries. They are not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific agreement.

Professional responsibility

Doctors remain responsible for patient care, clinical decisions, prescription legality, professional registration and the accuracy of records. The medicine repository is a workflow aid, not clinical advice.

Authorised access

Users must protect credentials, use only their assigned portal, follow least-privilege access and promptly report suspected compromise. OTPs must never be shared.

Messaging and estimates

SMS and WhatsApp reminders are operational notifications. Queue positions, consultation times, traffic durations and departure advice are estimates and can change. The operator and practices are responsible for per-channel consent, sender registration, approved templates, opt-out handling and provider compliance.

AI assistance

AI output is an editable drafting aid, may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a diagnosis or prescribing decision. A licensed doctor must independently verify every accepted word and remains solely responsible for the final clinical record and prescription.

Availability and backups

The service requires configured hosting, database backups, cron execution, monitoring and tested restoration. No automated reminder should be treated as a substitute for emergency or clinical communication.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another practice, misuse patient data, upload malicious content, bypass controls or use the system for unlawful prescribing.
